I have used 10×10 of 17 Shield, Extra Space Storage. The process to move in and out were very easy and convenient. The staffs were also very knowledgeable and kind. I reserved a unit online, when I went to access the unit for the first time I saw that it was smaller than expected. I went to the office and Mike was super helpful in getting me into the next sized unit at the web rate. This is my first time renting a unit at this facility, their customer service is outstanding!

I have been renting from the Oak Cyn Extra Space for more than 10 yrs and used to rent at other storage facilities. Extra Space is by far the cleanest and most organized storage facility that I have rented from. The staff in the office are always accommodating and friendly especially Tom. I have recommended this Extra Space Storage facility to several people throughout my years of renting and will continue to do so.
