I found this location online because moving from another storage facility. Upon arriving noticed a clean facility and great location . Tom helped me pick out the right unit and was very professional and efficient . He showed me all the options and explained everything thoroughly and got me out of there in no time. Highly recommend this location. ??

I rented for 7 months. Great location. There are limited carts and frustrating to walk the halls to look for one. Lack of parking spaces. 2 per side and 4 total. Had to report ants and roaches on 2 separate occasions. An unhoused man was using the facility to charge his phone, left his property outside and was sleeping on the sidewalk. He left at some point but saw him again just recently. Last, the intro rate was reasonable but a couple of months later, the price doubled. A good thing is management will work with you on that. Would not rent from that location again, but will from Extra Space somewhere else.

21 Post storage facility has they Main Office located at 6401 Oak Canyon. 21 Post Storage is Extremely Clean, climate controlled and staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Marco, at the office, helped me out and was super helpful with getting the best pricing and took the time to show me all the different units available and diff sizes. Highly recommend this location.

Marco was very helpful and professional, we looked a couple units and I rented one for an excellent rate locked in for 6 month's. The property is clean, great location and accessable till 10 pm.
