I was pleased with how quick and easy it was to reserve a space online. I do like how secure the property is, makes me feel that my belongings are safe here. A couple things I dislike are not enough parking. For the building where my stuff are stored in, there are only 3 parking spots available and if those are occupied then you risk the chance of your vehicle getting to towed. The other thing I dislike is the fact that I was told my space is subject to 2 rate increases per year and I wasn't informed of the amount of a maximum. Those are the only 2 issues I have with the facility. It is so far affordable and very clean throughout the facility.
