I have been renting at extra space for 3 years, it's always clean, and has great security! I recently had some very hard times and have been helped to make arrangements to where it helped me monthly. The care in the front office by Cynthia was beyond what I expected, honestly, she was kind, caring, and gave me the time to work my problems out and very quickly. I am grateful for extra space during some personally hard times.

I was greeted by an employee named Carmen. She was a sheer delight. She smiles, asked me how she could help. Explained all the different option and prices. As we went through the contract she explained the details and what I had selected and how I was going to be billed. Then she made sure I was aware how to get to my unit. Where to park. Every thing seemed so effortless. Thank you for such a welcoming and calm deal. Then said if you have any questions you can always call and ask for me. I appreciated her sincerity and smile. Thanks again!
