I can’t say enough good things about Justin and Shanon. I came in dealing with a stressful situation, and both of them went above and beyond to help me figure it out. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting me set up the right way. The over the phone rep made a lot of mistakes but once I came in to see Justin, it fixed everything and the onboarding process with hime was seamless from start to finish, with no confusion and no runaround. It’s rare to get customer service this good. Thank you both for making a tough time so much easier. I’d highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage.
