From my very first call to inquire about a storage unit with a representative Mike to check in for a reservation that was held with Colie it was an excellent experience ! A big shout out to Colie ‘ she was patient, courteous and friendly. The place is also very well maintained. Fantastic service overall. Colie is great at her job and it shows! She was very informative and didn’t make my son and I feel rushed or pressured to make decisions. She showed us our different options and didn’t try to upsell for a bigger unit. I highly recommend Extra Space storage!

I have only positive things to say about Extra Space Storage located on Baffin Bay Dr. I have worked with a lot of storage spaces in the past I feel that this company is reasonably price and has very good customer service. I worked with Tracy recently when it came to a price adjustment for my unit and he was super accommodating and listened to my needs which I greatly appreciate! It’s refreshing to have this kind of experience with a company these days. Definitely check them out if you’re in the business to rent a space!
