The facility is nice enough but it has a couple of dumb things that make it really difficult to have a storage unit there. First the you either need your gate code or your phone to get into the gate and the doors. The code is not intuitive and the phone app doesn't work great. The doors are self-closing so if you leave your phone in the storage unit, you're hosed. They will let you in during office hours but office hours are 6 hours shorter than storage hours. The grade of the driving paths are way too steep for their carts. The cart will start rolling away if you step away (to use your code to open the door for instance). The units are crazy expensive per month and you need to give them a huge amount of notice to close your account. Lastly, the AC breaks down and causes leaks. I have slipped and fallen multiple times in that facility. They do have a problem with roaches but try to fix that. The people who work there have always been super nice though.
