Very disappointed with how I've been treated at this facility. I raised legitimate safety concerns with George, hoping the issue would be taken seriously. Instead of working with a long term customer to find solution, the focus immediately shifted to charging more for a different parking space similar to the one I already have. The lack of emphaty and customer care has been very disappointing. I even requested to speak with a manager or schedule a meeting to discuss my safety concerns, but I was refused the information needed to escalate the issue. What stands out the most is the double standards. When they were securing my business, everything was accommodating. Once I needed help addressing a serious concern, the conversation became all about additional fees instead of resolving the issue. Based on my experience customer safety and long term relationships do not appear to be priority to this stablesment.
