Super helpfull and always knowledgeable! This is my second unit at this location. With this onsite manager and team i always have peace of mind knowing my belongings stay safe and secure. As soon as I talked to the rep, I was very comfortable. The price is reasonable and better yet, she cared about my concerns. She even had the locks ready for us for both units - marked! I’m glad I chose Extra Space in Livermore. ;)

I recently moved and had to store some items. After some research I chose Extra Space Storage because of their pricing, and customer service. I spoke with Kristina multiple times regarding my unit, and she really went above and beyond with awesome follow-up and customer service. Thanks to her I’m moving in on my scheduled date!

Excellent customer service! They walked us through the entire process. We weren’t sure what size would be perfect for us, so she showed us each of the sizes individually.

Had a unit here 5 years ago after leaving the military. Came back here by choice to store my household goods prior to leaving California. This is a clean facility, well maintained, and very accessible.

Changed over from Public storage because the rates are much better here. They also allowed me to book and reserve a unit from another location because I couldn’t make over before they closed the office for the day. Great staff, prices, and location. Highly recommend.

I have been coming here for a little over a year now and it has been a great experience. I have lost my keys a few times and getting into my unit was never a problem. Kristen always has a smile on her face and never makes you feel like you are a bother. Melanie is always super cheerful and willing to hold a conversation which makes the atmosphere very friendly. I will be leaving the area and I am glad I was able to have a unit at a place that was so welcoming. Thank you!!!

Melanie was very prompt about calling me regarding my online reservation and was helpful in person when I went to see the units in person. The property is clean and orderly and the units are well maintained and easy to access. Melanie was able to answer my questions to help me find a unit suitable for my needs and overall very polite.

We are right behind the Livermore Gas and Shop and Wienerschnitzel on the corner of Vasco & WB 580. Going south on Vasco Road- you will find Northfront Road before you hit the 580 freeway.
