The staff and employees at Extra Storage are friendly and most accommodating. The storage unit I rented was clean and in a location that was easy to get to. I paid rent for the entire month of November. Something came up and I ended up moving out of my storage unit 10 days into the month. Instead, of making me pay the full months rent, they gave me a refund and only charged me for days I used the storage unit. Again, a wonderful staff, great service!
