I have had a great experience for the second time! I used Extra Space Storage previously and had a great experience. Today I went back needing to store my most important possessions so I can go look for a home in other states. I was so glad it was still clean, dry, secure and Paulina helped me with everything and was knowledgeable, helpful, and so friendly! Also, on a small but great note, the gate opens for me by Siri now, since I downloaded the app. I couldn’t remember the gate name but I will call Paulina tomorrow and find out. ?? Thanks for great customer service and a safe, clean facility!

Stopped by today feeling a bit anxious due to my sudden need to move out my home (our water heater busted and flooded everything) Tara and Kyrie made my day a little bit better and got me in and out for my rental process. I was shocked at how fast things went. Thought I’d be there all day - still had enough time to figure out the rest of our day. The grounds here looks amazing- well kept. On site management makes me feel even more at ease putting my whole apartment away for now. Thanks again guys, keep up the great work.
