Paid over the phone also purchased a lock when I got there I had no lock when I went to the office to try and get it I was talked to very rudely told to go away n then after saying my lock was never placed in my storage I was told I would have to repay for a lock that I already paid for and should have been in my storage like they said it would be very unprofessional visit

This is my second time around with ExtraSpace. Still very professional, clean and courteous. I enjoyed the great service shown to me by Maria and Roman. My only issue was the elevator situation. Hopefully that will be taken care of sooner than later. Still a great place to store your belongings.
