Silvia consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction throughout my interaction. She possessed a remarkable ability to effectively address my inquiries, provide clear and concise explanations, offer valuable guidance on storage solutions, demonstrate a thorough understanding of the available unit sizes and pricing, patiently review the options with me, assist me in selecting the most suitable unit for my needs, proactively address potential concerns. For instance, i was going through a very personal and hard time where the last thing on my mind was my stuff in storage, yet it was all my possessions that i had of value. When I was initially unsure how to even go about my situation of my storage being auctioned off for default of payment, Silvia patiently listened to my needs and, based on my belongings, recommended suggestions and ways of helping me that I didn't even know were options or possible. This proactive guidance saved me both heartbreak and frustration of losing my storage and the emotional trauma that would have followed immediately after. Silvia's positive qualities, include in-depth product knowledge, proactive approach to customer service, friendly and approachable demeanor created a positive and reassuring experience that made the entire process of renting a storage unit significantly easier.
