The Store manager Nora was the best! Super Helpful getting me and my roommate settled in and comfortable with the storage space. Would absolutely recommend to others looking for secure, climate controlled storage with reliable personnel!

Great customer service. I had an issue which was quickly solved by Nora and Jose at the front desk. Furthermore I left my lock partially undone and got a quick call from Nora who was rounding and noticed it (I would never have noticed myself…). Thank you both!

It’s a decent storage facility but they keep switching names between extra space and life storage while increasing rates for storage units . Which I feel is like a crime and I’m just about ready to pack up and move out…anybody else notice the rapid increase in price over the past few months?
