Upon arriving to finally get my stuff out of storage after 3 years I lost the keys before she cut the lock to let me in I was forced to give a 5 star review. My friends who where with me where also forced to give 5 star reviews to the point she was hounding each one that came in to help me even tho they have no storage here or have ever been a customer here, so most of the reviews are probably fake. After the storage was opened I started to notice rat droppings and pee on everything. When I approached her about it she was on a golf cart she said it was pretty normal and common. I paid 22k+ in storage fees and there was close to 20k amount of stuff in there. Rat urine and poop is an extreme health hazard, nothing was salvageable we were forced to throw everything away. I have small kids and was not about to attempt to clean things and then have them use it only to possibly get extremely sick. Do your self a favor do not put your stuff in this storage they are infested with rats that came in through the ceiling. They chewed on items we lost couch’s, a full bedroom set with head board, mobile A/c units which rats urinated on, my sons gaming computer which had claw and chew marks including pee all over it. We are not talking about a few items there was piles of rat droppings on items and on the floor towards the back of the storage was covered.
