In the 7years of using the Extra Space Storage, the staff was nice, courteous and always made it a point to answer any questions I had pertaining to my storage needs. They take the security of your items very serious, using an alarm system that even detects people who miss logging in upon entry! When it was time to end my contract, Carmen was very helpful in making sure that all the details were handled properly and in a timely manner. I would recommend using Extra Space Storage for all your future storage needs.
