Love the customer service. My wife and were helped by Maria the store manager. She was very helpful, she made this process easy and had great customer service. Definitely recommend this site. I came back for a 3rd time. Service was still GREAT! We moved out today and the service was still 5 STARS!

How do I put this.. I moved out here from LA medical reasons a real struggle to make a long story short I ended up in the hospital again, when I got out my storage had been locked cause it wss past due.. I thought I was going to lose everything being as late as I was.. well, There's this nice woman there, Maria.. I cannot thank her enough, I wish I could buy her and her family dinner or something.. She was so good to me. You want to talk about compassion that woman has it all.. I don't mean to make it sound like it was peaches and cream.. But she did make me feel very very content and releave, I thought maybe she was being nice to me because of company policy(smile) but, I've come to realize after talking to other employees she's that way, that kind to everybody.. thank you, thank you, thank you, Maria.. P.S. I wonder if extra space storage realizes how lucky they are to have you.. Probably not.. don't get me wrong Extra Space Storage is a great place they blow Public Storage away thank you again Sincerely yours Michael

Never thought i'd be this pleased with a storage business, because welp it's just storage. Basically my husband and I are in the middle of moving and I’ve been dealing with so many business’s that this one stuck out like a unicorn! It’s so well managed and the speed and ease of the whole process was flawless! The thing is how often do you come across a truly honest business these days? They discussed all of the ways one can save, up front without even asking! I got the first month free even after telling them I only needed the unit for a month. Things that other business’s would normally hide or just hope you don't find out, like cancelling ahead of time so that you don’t end up paying for the full month. The customer service was some of the best I've come across, as well. All of the agents are competent and sharp, they kept all of my notes from previous calls, which was so nice. Maria was the last person to finish signing me up for my storage unit. She was lovely to talk to, super thoughtful throughout the process and really funny which is always a plus! Only negative thing I can think of is that their software system’s seem a bit buggy. Other than that I walked away super impressed with how Extra Space runs their business and the quality people working there! Highly recommend them! I seldom take the time to write reviews unfortunately because of time but I was just that impressed.

I've used several storage facilities over the years and Extra Space Storage has been the best. Great pricing, very clean facility, and the only one that provided carts for moving my stuff. Definitely recommend them and will use them again if there is ever a need.

I moved my stuff in here for the summer and I wanted somewhere that made me feel that my things were safe. RanPac storage is by far the nicest and cleanest storage facility I found in the area! Patricia was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process and made an honest effort to find something that suited my needs! The service and facility as a whole is unbeatable so look no further! They also have amazing promotions all the time! Definitely look into them if you need a storage unit!
