Shawn was great until he left and the facility kept jacking up prices. Extra Space is a total rip off. I started out paying $96 for a 5×10 and within a year Extra Space more than doubled the price to $216! For a space the size of a small walk in closet! I left yesterday, moved to local storage company, Brown's Valley, and I got a unit almost double the size(10×15) for pretty much the same price($218) I was paying Extra Space for their small walk in closet unit! Moral of this story is that it is best to do your business with locally owned places and companies. These big corporations do not care and will continue to raise prices even though they are well aware most people can't afford price increases.
