I simply can't say enough AMAZING & WONDERFUL things about Tish Allen, the Store Manager @ this location. First off, this place is the cleanest storage facility I've EVER been in, and as a former Marine I can say I've seen and been in my good share of them. My wife was in charge of finding a storage unit in a hurry, since we only had 24hrs left on the U-Haul truck rental. I was pleasantly surprised when within 10 minutes she informed me that storage was finalized and I could begin unloading as soon as I could get there. The availability as far as open hours and actual usage of the storage unit is also amazing, since you can access said storage between 6am and 10pm. Don't have a dolly? That's ok, because I saw flatbed dollies available around every corner, just waiting to help you out. Now...back to Tish Allen. That woman is a pleasure to talk to, knows exactly what "customer service" actually means, and if that wasn't enough, made every effort to go above & beyond in answering every question and ultimately allowing me to walk out of there so impressed with her charisma and knowledge of things in general, that instead of posting this review in all of 5 seconds, while maybe sitting in a parking lot, like most of us usually do.....I decided instead to actually think about what I was going to write, then sleep on it, and spend all of my morning letting anyone and everyone know that THIS is the ONLY Storage facility in ALL of Ventura County you should even consider at this point. If you're in need of a clean, well priced storage unit, that also offers the BEST customer service I've had in years......head over to EXTRA STORAGE SPACE in Newbury Park.
