Before moving my stuff from storage #033 I called them to let them know NOT TO BE CHARGED for the next month , the front desk lady named Rachel told me if I moved Before 10pm I won't be charged, I moved my stuff before 1400 and she told me I have to pay for the whole month before moving my things. Mind you I've been paying $518 since March till August which at the beginning they said they will give me an offer if I stayed for TWO MONTHS AND I DIDN'T GET ANY DISCOUNT INSTEAD THEY RAISED TO $554.30 !!! I REALLY HOPE THE OWNER CAN CONTACT ME BECAUSE I'VE BEEN THREATENED TO GET CHARGED FOR THE NEXT MONTH EVEN WHEN I'M NOT USING THE STORAGE ANYMORE. VERY DISAPPOINTED OF THIS PLACE!!!!!
