We had a very positive experience storing our travel trailer at Extra Space Storage, especially because of John's outstanding customer service. From the beginning, John was helpful, transparent, and thorough. He advised us that the parking space would be a tight fit and even sent photos so we could evaluate it before arriving. When we towed the trailer to the facility, we discovered that maneuvering into the space was more difficult than we had anticipated. A neighboring tenant’s covered vehicle setup, including cemented poles, considerably narrows the approach for a longer travel trailer like ours. It took us three or four careful attempts to position the trailer without risking damage to anyone else’s property or the storage garages in front of the space. Throughout the situation, John was patient, understanding, and reassuring. He made it clear that he would help us find a solution if the trailer ultimately could not fit, which gave us much-needed peace of mind. John had been completely forthcoming about the space from the start, yet he still apologized for the additional obstruction and offered us a small discount for the inconvenience. That was truly above and beyond, and we couldn’t have been more grateful. Storage situations do not always go exactly as planned, but excellent service makes all the difference. John handled everything with honesty, professionalism, and genuine care, and we greatly appreciated his help.
