I just clam to move out after one 1 half years of lease. They are really nice person. Great customer service and thwy treat me like family. I am moving out because i dont need storage but if i do need it again i will go back to same location. Thank you for being kind to me and see you again

Great customer service. Representative Eric was polite, professional and easy to work with. Got me dialed in with covered trailer parking ?? Update: My original review regarding customer service still stands. However, approximately 30–60 days after storing my trailer, the window was completely broken out and an unknown person entered the interior. I was informed there is no video footage or suspect information available. Unfortunately, the company did not offer assistance toward the damages or cleanup. I ultimately moved my trailer out and am now dealing with a broken window and shattered tempered glass throughout the interior floor. If security is important to you, you may want to consider asking detailed questions about surveillance coverage and site security before storing your trailer here. Chances are your trailer will be broken into based on how quickly it happened to me.
