On-site management Allie was truly helpful professional and kind. She took time with me from gate entry, setting the combination lock, opening and closing the storage unit and the lease agreement understanding. I highly recommend Extra Storage in Redlands because of the experience I had with the On site manager Allie.

Only posting 3 stars because I've had good experiences with this company. But the front desk lady is incredibly RUDE. She wouldn't give me her name when I said I would call corporate and just told me to pay online instead of over the phone, when that was literally what she called me for. She then just clicked on me. I was confused on my lease agreement and my payments, and said in a very snarky tone, that "You're an adult, you can read the contract." Belittling me on something I was not aware of. I was in a tough situation and needed to move out of my apartment ASAP, so I assumed the rate of my storage would be the same when I signed the lease. Like for apartments and cars. She was very unprofessional and I wish to never speak to her again. I see now why all the reviews are for the gentleman of the site, and only one about a woman (not sure if that's the same woman, it doesn't sound like her).

These guys were super helpful from the start. They asked all the right questions and really helped me save both time and money. I originally thought I’d only need a unit for a month, but ended up staying two—and they were great about helping me find the best deals the whole time. After filling up the first small rental, I realized I needed a bigger unit, and they made the transition really easy. No stress and they gave me more the enough time to move. The day of my move was hot so I was grateful I could take a nice break between moving to a bigger unit. The place itself is clean and well organized. There’s always people coming in and out, so it feels active, but still safe and secure. Overall, just a really solid experience.
