I’ve been a customer for about 2 years now and I’ve enjoyed the experience. I visit my storage until as often as needed and each time it’s a breezy experience. Whenever I’m having issues with my account or questions regarding my rate I call the office and each member I have spoken to over the last 2 years have been a pleasure to deal with. So kind and accommodating. Especially Desi. I called on Sept 15th and he answered but was on the ground and told me he would call back. And he did! Sometimes staff members say this but just want to get someone off the phone. He called and we discussed my concerns and he was extremely helpful and went above and beyond my ask. Definitely recommend this location and the staff!

Today I went into Extra Space Storage to rent a larger space. I was actually surprised by the exceptional customer service. The door was opened for me when I entered and as I was leaving I was escorted to the area where the dolly’s are stored. They could not have been nicer!
