I'm a new mom thats started a small buissness. I got the 5x5 storage a few days ago. I had not moved in yet and because this was my first time buying a storage, of course there are mishaps along the way. I called to buy this unit as they said thats where you get the better prices at. I apparently got the storage at the wrong location ??. It happens ???????. This is all new for me, I could have swore the picture was the same extra storage space I drove past everyday, but it wasnt ??. This may be my first storage, but my friends and family were saying that because I hadn't moved in yet, although ive paid for the unit that they'd just refund me. A friend who has worked at storage units also told me this. Well when I got to the location that I originally wanted to buy the storage unit at, the lady said the manager said no to my refund request.... I could understand a no refund back if I had moved in already.... but like I hadn't even stepped on the property yet or put any of my stuff in the storage. So they just kept my money...? Times are tough, sucks that they'd do something like that. I had to re pay for a storage unit all over again ??. But at least the lady was nice at the bloomington location. Probually better I just went to that one anyway. She was soooo nice, made the situation a little easier to deal with ????.
