I have been to a few different storage spaces over the years here in Sonoma county and I have yet to find one cleaner organized and well run as extra space storage. My first contact with them was with a wonderful young woman named Elizabeth at their Santa Rosa location who exhibited customer service at a level. I have seldom have the pleasure experience. She helped me get set up with a new unit at their Rohnert Park location, and when I arrived I was happy to see was just as clean and well thought out as the Santa Rosa location. My unit, a drive up type, I found to be clean and the location was as described and ideal. If anyone asked me for a storage unit that I would recommend to my family it would be extra space storage. One more shout out to Elizabeth who provided a ray of sunshine on what was a very dark day . Moving can be stressful and she made things so much better. I really appreciated her.

My daughter attends SSU was moving out of one apartment into another in the fall. We needed a short term space for all the stuff so we didn't have to haul it to Southern Cal. Extra Space Storage fit the bill and did a great job. Set up everything over the phone arrived on move out day got everything loaded quick. The facilities are close to campus, clean and the staff was really nice. Would definitely recommend.
