The customer service was great. I haven’t rented a storage unit and was unfamiliar with the process. Lacy walked me thru the process step by step including how to choose the best size. It was easy and very helpful.

I want to than Elohim for leading me to Extra Storage upon arrival I went into office met Manger Lacy Very nice very concerned and very helpful she offered me water for it was hot help me get the storage I need for my things walk me through everything and I mean everything did paperwork very patent and also walk me to my unit and show me how lights work and also showed me I had access to a dolly I can’t say enough about her customer service and her beautiful heart don’t find this every where it’s rare thank you Extra Space and thank you for having her as a employee she beautiful thank you lacy for your beautiful heart I will be telling others about you Sherri Hester ?????

The lady at the front was very friendly and open to answer any questions me and my non fluent English speaker mom had. She was very patient and nice enough to repeat the prices and plans they offered at the store and went through all the services they have. I don’t remember her name but she had blonde highlights and very nice.

My experience has been very uplifting cheerful and pleasant the worker Lacey has been very understanding nice or Portugal and very welcoming she keeps the areas clean as she can always has the bathroom clean and is very uplifting on every subject I've had and will have a very good experience with Extra Space Storage I've never had no problems no discrepancies no issues she made sure everything was always taken care of
