I had a HUGE problem and she took care of me in exactly the way it was needed! I had an accident, forgot my due date, but was also going to be vacating so that date became hugely important, but because of my accident I was 1 day overdue on it all. She helped me get back on track with everything so that I wasn't having to overpay during this already terrible time. I literally broke down when I knew she was going to fix it all for me. That's how wonderful these people, but especially she was at this Extra Storage. Thank you! From the bottom of my heart to yours, thank you! I didn't write out her name because I'm afraid I'll misspell it but it's close to Nipaula? ty so much!

Tasha at Extra Space Storage has been the most supportive and reliant representative that I’ve ever experienced at any storage facility. I’ve been lucky to have her guide me through the pandemic, unit changes/letting me know if I would be better suited sizing down, along with a tumultuous name change ordeal. As I’m closing out my unit after nearly four years I’m thankful she was in office to allow me to say goodbye and express my gratitude.

Location is impressively secured with codes being required to enter the gates as well as a code to use the elevator that will only take you to your rentals floor for added security. Everything was beautifully clean and ready exactly as it described to be online. Staff was incredibly friendly and ready to answer any questions. This is my first ever storage rental and I can’t help but feel like I couldn’t have made a better choice!
