I had the best experience because of Liliana. She was very professional and helpful and describing the units as well as the differences in price storage types insurance etc. once I came in she extended that good energy and got me going right away. She was incredible. Thank you Liliana!

This review is for Lilliana who was so incredibly helpful today. The whole reason I was even having to rent a storage unit was due to having to move out of my apartment after my partner of 10.5 years passed away. I rented the unit online over a week ago, which was a seamless process. I can’t tell you how much it means to me to have such great customer service when being in these type of difficult circumstances. My stuff was safe for the entire time I was renting the unit, clean, safe, and accessible. Getting the unit it was the most Easy way to do it. Highly recommended and Liliana is so helpful and nice.
