Took my Mom to rent, she only speaks Spanish and is a challenging person to deal with. Spoke with the site Manager and she was very patient with my Mom , she took the time to answer all her questions and never showed any signs of being annoyed.

I say this is one of the best decisions we have made! We had a previous storage locker, at another storage place years ago. Everything was fine until I got ready to move out. My locker was robbed for $1,000s of cards and comics. Then was told that my insurance policy cover none of it, as they were made of paper. Here, the proprietor (Annie) explained to me what was covered and what was not covered under the insurance before she rented me the locker. She was wonderful and was a great help, as we only needed the locker as we moved from one location to another. She was a life saver and really eased my families apprehension during our move.

I had a great experience at Extra Space! I recently rented a unit and the customer service was excellent! Everyone was super helpful and answered all my questions. Annie was especially friendly and a true joy to work with! I’d absolutely rent here again. Make sure to ask for Annie!
