Anthony our store manager was far and above gracious in welcoming myself as a valued customer his personality along with his explanations on approaching all aspects of this unit was professional with the lost art of human interactions that were head & shoulders above any experience I received in the past

Brittany was especially helpful in explaining all the details of renting storage space. She took the time to answer all my questions and she did not let phone calls interrupt her time with me. I ended feeling I had a good understanding of the rental arrangements and she let me know I could contact her with further questions at any time. Excellent service today!! Anthony was also quite helpful on the phone explaining procedures and offering welcome advice. I look forward to future dealings with these two agents. 2023 UPDATE: Recently in August I believe, Anthony did a wonderful job of noticing that someone had tried to enter my storage unit. He locked my unit, and I was contacted immediately. Brittany was also excellent in the information about how I might make an insurance claim. Brittany also supplied me free of charge with an additional lock for my unit. Brittany indicated that it was extremely rare that a unit is burglarized, and my inspection showed no loss of property thanks to the quick action of Anthony and the helpfulness of Brittany. I feel more secure now knowing that the staff are very vigilant about potential compromises to the units' security. Thank you guys! Jim Cardellino

I just wanted to say that my duration w/ extra space storage has been absolutely Great! Big shout out to Brittany, Anthony & the rest of the staff there. This is by far the most safe,clean & well kept rental storage place that I have ever been at.As if that wasn't enough,Brittany and actually all of the staff there have always been genuinely kind & very helpful and not just to me but friends who have used their service have also said pretty much the same thing- Thank You everyone from Extra Space Storage in Santa Clara!
