The storage rental service was really easy to set up. The storage sight was also easily accessible and convenient. My rate did go up after 3 months, from $78 to $141 for a 5x10. I didn’t see anything in the initial paper work about a rate increase and was not notified by the business. So I had to close out my rental as I could no longer afford the space. The price change/ transparency is my only complaint.

I was extremely pleased with my experience with this business. I had rented the unit online which was very easy to do. The website was user friendly and I had no problem with renting my unit. I did have to go to the office to show identification and get the gate code. A young man named Lamone helped me at the front desk. He was friendly,informative,and very thorough. He finished up the process of renting me my unit. Explained the hours and rules and then walked me to where my unit was. Definitely went out of his way to be helpful. It was very much appreciated. I will definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone asking in the future.

5 Stars!! ?? Set the entire thing up online. It was simple & quick! Even included the lock inside the unit when I got there. The unit was totally clean swept out. These guys are totally AWESOME! Would totally recommend!!! A+++
