Sean and Desmond, who work at the Santa Rosa, CA location, made the process of storage-unit renting/moving/dealing with, easy and dare I say, a pleasure...? As far as the units themselves, they are clean, street level and have very tall ceilings, so they are a 5 but what set my experience apart was the personal, human interactions with Sean and Desmond. If all front desk clerk/storage unit managers were like them, the world would be a better place.
