I was assisted by the store manager, Shawn And he was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Definitely went above and beyond to assure that I was assisted properly. Needless to say, I now have an affordable storage unit here in Santa Rosa. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone who is seeking in affordable storage unit within the Santa Rosa area.
