Super easy to reserve a spot online and then Serena was incredibly showing me the unit in person. I recommend downloading the app before showing up because I showed up with 2% battery and it was a close call.

This Extra Space Storage location is ????? for many reasons. I was able to find the location I wanted, pick the unit I wanted from the very detailed and informative list of available units and pay all online. Within minutes I received a very lovely text message from this location's manager welcoming me and offering to help if I needed anything!! I am so impressed with all of those things, but there's ????. The facility is ????, extremely clean, plenty of parking, restrooms on every floor, two elevators and the hours are far better than the 7am-7pm that my other storage facility had!! I absolutely recommend Extra Space Storage. You won't be disappointed!!! ?????

Last year, I had to move out of my residence quickly and urgently needed storage space. That’s when I met Serena—and I truly can't say enough good things about her. She has been a miracle worker. Serena helped us rent a storage unit immediately, and over the next few weeks, I had to come back three more times to request additional space. Each time, she handled it with ease and professionalism. She's kind, friendly, and genuinely sympathetic. Serena takes the time to clearly and thoroughly explain the contracts, and she treats her clients with respect and care. She’s an absolute joy to work with. The facility itself is spotless and secure at all times. I've even run into Serena outside my unit conducting inspections for cleanliness and security. Even during late hours, I always feel safe in the building.
