Rented a storage space at the Temecula facility and the young woman Bray I worked with was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She was quite delightful to talk to. The facility is very clean and has all sizes of storage.

My Experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in the door, Bray H treated me like the customer is king. Kind of like it used to be when I was younger. She was polite and professional and was able to answer all of my questions. I happily signed a contract and was super pleased to do so.

This is a very clean, well lit, safe storage facility. I want to give a big shout out to Bray who was working in the office the day I rented my space. She was extremely helpful and courteous. I needed some boxes and supplies and she helped me with that and helped me get a cart to help me move my boxes in the space and she showed me how to get to the space. She obviously cares about the customers and doing a good job. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.
