The manager, Bray, was a breath of fresh air! I purchased the contents of a defaulted unit. Bray made the paper work and cleaning out the unit an easy and cooperative process. There were a couple of minor challenges (access, missing lock key) that Bray handled immediately and without skipping a beat! The facility was clean and in a great part of town. If anyone is in need of storage space- I would DEFINATELY recommend!!!!

Was great!! Kristen in Texas helping a Senior citizen in California. She was so patient through the whole process. I really appreciated her patience. She stayed on the phone with me until the end. I couldn’t get the lock to close but finally did. She tried to reach someone in the office several times but they never answered the phone and never came to the office. I hope Kristen gets some kind of recognition for the best customer service Thank you again Kristen, you’re the BEST!!
