The team at this location is absolutely amazing! When my husband and I decided to surrender our unit since we were unable to get our stuff moved from California to Florida, they worked with us to get our storage unit auctioned off. I’m really thankful to their team for helping us to relinquish these items so easily. It’s been three years of paying for a storage unit, and we’re finally able to take a breather. Rent with them! Be warned. My initial rental was $275, but in 1.5 years is now at $460. The rate hikes are ludicrous. Don’t be fooled by the low initial rates if you plan a long stay. I’m moving to Butterfield Ranch just down the road who is guaranteeing a one year rate, saving $200/month. Also be aware they offer no refunds for partial month, move out on your last day or loose the prepayment. The business model is simple — get you in cheap and jack your rates as fast as they can, because they know moving is a pain.
