Today I spoke with Shannon re: a rate increase. She assured me that she would make s request to management to work with me on a reduction and that it may be 48 hrs before there's a response. HOWEVER, Shannon stayed late to follow-up on the approval one last time before her shift ended. Shannon got me the approval in record time AND with a same-day follow-up--not 48hrs. She could've waited until tomorrow to confirm with me; but Shannon knew I was stressed al so she went the extra mile for me, didn't procrastinate. That's giving 110% and 11-star service. Thank you so much for your white-glove service, Shannon. You deserves a raise????
