$50 Moving Truck Credit in New York City

Only available at participating locations for selected units. Extra Space will provide a $50.00 credit for customers that use a moving truck or moving service to move into the Extra Space facility. To redeem, customers must provide a valid receipt from the moving service to the store manager. Please see the store manager for additional details.

Unit sizes advertised for rent are approximate only and units at the self-storage facility may differ slightly in shape and/or size. Customers should inspect the actual unit to be rented before signing a rental agreement and should base the decision to rent on the inspection of the unit and not on the advertised unit size. Anthony is the BEST! I rented a 10x10 for 2 years and it was the best experience. Will definitely come back if I ever need to store something again. Very convenient with the drive up doors.

Anthony at extra space i Ventura California was very helpful. I had recently moved out of my storage unit and moved out of state. I guess the lock was still on the unit. After several phone calls will different people Anthony was able to help me. He emailed me a request to cut the lock and took care of the rest for me. He's a cool guy and will go far in the world

I don't ever do reviews but in this case I'm very thankful for what Carina at Extra Space Storage did for me so I'm more than happy to write this review. I had a issue with my storage fee because it was raised $100 and when I went to explain it to Carina she stopped me and said "let me see what I can do for you, she said I can't promise you anything but I will do everything I can." I went in the following day and Carina was off but I had recieved a text message that my rate was lowered from an extra $100 a month to only an extra $30 a month. Then I was told that I had to make the $100 increase payment for that month and then it will be lowered to what Carina had it reduced to in the upcoming months. I wasn't to happy about that but before I could even express my disappointment for having to pay the increased $100 for only that month, Carina said she will have it pro-rated to my bill on the following month. I am so thankful to have been helped by Carina. She went above and beyond to satisfy my customer needs. Excellent customer service done by Carina Avina. I greatly appreciate you.
