I love the convenience of pulling up to my space to load and unload items. I also really like the layout that I have as it's unique. I have two doors which makes access even easier. One of the downsides is that rent can change at any time. It'd be great to lock in a price and expect to pay that price for at least for one year and if the rate goes up, it should be for maybe 25 bucks. Expect a rate increase after 3 months, then every 6 months after that.

Extra space storage is a good place to leave you stuff in like decor or anything if you are moving. They have many size. Staff is nice and can also show you any size storage unit you would like to see.

Updating my review a year later. I’ve had a better experience with customer service here. Former review: They raise their rates quite often. Mixed experience with their customer service. Some of them go on a power trip which is why I’m giving -2 stars after keeping my storage here for 2+ years.

We had a great experience here with the help of Karly. We showed up unannounced and she was able to show us several units and help us compare pricing and inform us on so much. Signing up was easy and we feel very comfortable using ExtraSpace Storage. Solid security measures in and out and there’s an easy app you can use for gate entry. Highly recommend.
