I had one storage in d building, which was great for the first year. Got a bigger storage. On the other side c building, they asked what am i storiing, and I told them they asked if I would like insurance. And I said, no, how's your theft low theft rate . I month latter with no signs of brake in my livelihood was gone all my equipment. No one really doing nothing about it there should be a district manager there. Reviewing the video and he wasn't even been told until 3 days later. Because I said something it shouldn't be the store manager it should be the district manager. This is what someone said that is part of their corporate office i have a lot of thoughts about how this took place one when you first get the storage, the key and lock or left in a bag in the unit. My suspicion is a copy of that key was made. They have a storage next to a empty unit then magic happens . Not even a month and a half latter all my stuff is gone with NO video surveillance of anybody just a suspicion have the district manager. Look at the video. That's how it should have been done.im not happy I can't get nothing back but I won't let this happen to other people
