I am extremely happy to be a customer at Extra Space Storage! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with how convenient, accessible, and well-designed this storage facility is. After experiencing other storage facilities, I can confidently say that this location truly understands what customers need when it comes to storing and moving their belongings. First and foremost, the customer service was excellent! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything easy to understand, answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable and confident about choosing this location. Great customer service makes a huge difference, and they definitely delivered! One of my favorite things about this facility is the accessibility. The building has three entrance doors, which makes loading and unloading so much easier and more convenient. Having multiple access points is a huge advantage, especially when you’re moving several items or larger pieces of furniture. Another feature I absolutely appreciate is the wide hallways! Anyone who has ever tried moving a couch, mattress, desk, or other bulky furniture through narrow storage hallways knows how frustrating that experience can be. Thankfully, this facility has spacious hallways that allow you to maneuver larger items comfortably without constantly worrying about tight corners or limited space. It’s clear that convenience was considered in the building’s layout. The pricing is also very reasonable and competitive, making this facility an excellent value for the money. When you combine affordable rates, easy accessibility, spacious hallways, and outstanding customer service, you really can’t ask for much more! Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience and genuinely happy I chose Extra Space Storage. Everything about this location makes storing belongings easier and less stressful. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for affordable, accessible, and convenient storage with excellent customer service. Definitely a well-deserved five stars!
