Richard was very helpful when my spouse stopped by to check things out for signing up, and then with me when I wanted to change the location and to apply the military discount. I even ran into someone accessing their unit right when I started putting stuff into ours (and they were near our unit) and they said they’ve been there for a year and have been pretty happy with their unit, the cleanliness, etc. Their unit was STUFFED with tons of household items, so if they are happy I think that says a lot.
