If I may be completely honest, the staff is great. They really try to help us out and by us I mean your customers the constant increase of unit price is ridiculous and then the reason we get why the units going up on price because the size that we have is not an over abundance so shouldn’t for that reason try to keep the customers you actually have instead of keep racing constantly the price

Just booked a storage unit here - and let me tell you - Grace, the woman running the place has made it the very best experience for me. I mean, I know - it sounds unbelievable, but she has got things under control. Not only was the check-In experience flawless and actually super easy - she even stopped by my unit to offer some helpful suggestions when storing items in my unit - because winter is approaching. WHAT?? That kind if authentic customer service is non-existant these days. And, I’m not special - I’ve personally witnessed the same high-quality, genuine compassion and care for all customers. AMAZING!! I recently discovered that I don’t even think this is her main storage facility assignment. I overheard her mention that she manages this location for the time being because they needed help. So - she’s managing MULTIPLE storage unit locations - and doing so with fantastic customer service. Grace - thank you for being YOU!! We are very lucky!!

The people that work there are fantastic. The space is as clean as can be for the desert. I feel it’s very secure. The - star is for the pricing. It’s pretty expensive and the owners pretty much have a monopoly in Cochella Valley so competition doesn’t hold things down.

I only have had great experiences with extra space storage. I have been using their facilities since 2015 in various locations (now only two) since I moved from Chicago. I will consolidate to only one but in the meantime I am satisfied with the great service they provide. Austin in Palm Desert and Vicky in Azusa. Best managers to be in charge of the facilities. Overall, Extra Space Storage is a place to rely on to store with confidence. Thank you!
