The elevator has not been working for the past month. My unit is on the second floor and we have some large items that we had to carry up and down without the elevator.

Great property for short-term storage, but they've more than tripled my rate in under 2 years, with the first large increase coming 3 months after moving my storage to them. It's unfortunate we have to move property around to different facilities in order to maintain a reasonable rate. I simply can't afford to rent here anymore. Public Storage was more reasonable in terms of rate increases, in my experience.

Desiree is a very professional, empathetic manager. I do so appreciate her. She is an asset to your company!!! Please fix the lighting situation at this location. The entry parking lot is too dark and as you enter the gates to the units. Also, where my units are the lights are on a timer making it too dark. Thanks.
