I genuinely love this place!! The manager Cliff goes above and beyond for his customers. I use this storage for work and have packages constantly delivered to the office and he’s always ready to keep them safe and assist in loading them in my vehicle. When I had to move out of my house before my relocation to Texas, I rented a storage for my stuff and needed an extra storage and he was quick to ensure I can get an extra unit to store my stuff. Truly thought and humble and makes every experience amazing

I've had a storage unit here for now 2 years and half the time it had a great rate. When I just started renting the unit we were able to lock our rate for 12 months to prevent price fluctuations, but over time they've reduce the lock-in rate max time window which can be problematic. For example, they just increased the price of my unit by 3.1x because the "market rate" changed, which just seems like an arbitrary number to me used to max profits. That's my main complaint for the company. Other than that the area for this particular locationis kind of sketchy but I figured the intro price was as low as it was due to that. Staff have been helpful when I've called. For my next unit I'll be going with something more local with more stable rates I can lock in. All of the larger companies like Extra Space, Public Storage, etc abuse the pricing model so I would not recommend them.
