I had the best of the best of Managers walk me through and set up my Storage Unit account today. I can't say enough good things that could adequately describe how well managed this storage facility is and is set up in comparison to others I've experienced. I very much appreciate the Manager Zach and the consistent, courtesy and consideration he offers the customers. I rented a storage unit at the Inverness Dr W location and had an excellent experience. Zack, the attendant on duty was helpful and professional. The facility was clean and well lighted. I would recommend this location.

Only way that I could write this was if I gave 1 star. If that was not the case I would have gave this location a ZERO!!! Should have never moved here. Service is horrible. Locations times are even worse but that is my fault. If you have enough money to live around here. Use that money to find a better place to store your belongings.
