Anne is the Assistant manager who went above and beyond coming from lakewood on 6101 alameda avenue and the people that help me that wanted to help me waited Waited for two hours And the original person that was supposed to work here as a manager never came nor let anyone know he was gone. Did not tell anybody that he did not come, so Anne went above and beyond to come from Lakewood to Arvada and took off the lock that was from Extra Space Storage for me when it was to be to be taken off On Monday when it was paid off as imit was extremely hot for the people, My kids and myself to be outside waiting for 2 hours just for the so-called manager named Rafael to not let anybody know that he never came in for his shift. So I said, what kind of manager is this until Anne showed up. And I think she should be the manager in Arvada and she is so helpful and I love the fact that she apologized and she made sure that my concerns was met. I am very satisfied and I hope Anne gets the manager position instead in Arvada instead of The manager that was mean to me for a whole entire year Who scared the people at my church saying that he took stuff out of my storage but Anne was the opposite. She was loving caring and she apologize that this was unacceptable that no workers, not even a manager Should ever go through this! Thank you anne for your hardwork and consistency!!!

The experience we had at Extra Space Storage was amazing. We appreciated how the gentleman there made us feel welcome and inviting. We were shown around the facility in a golf cart so we didn't have to walk, and that was pretty cool. He was professional and courteous, and the facility was clean and organized. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking to store their belongings. Unfortunately, we had our storage broken into while we were renting. Luckily, we had some of our money returned because of the insurance that is required for you to have. We rented from the Mississippi location for about 2 years and other than being broken into, it was a good experience.

Management was great. Helped my friend back a trailer all the way in & very nice. Highly secured & would make a great underground nuclear bunker lol

I have had a great experience at this particular Extra Space storage. From the very first day, the manager Cynthia, has been nothing less than, helpful, understanding, patient, and goes above and beyond what's expected of her as a manager. I genuinely feel that my property is safe, and feel comfortable, through and through, with the environment she has created here!

Extra space storage is the place I go for all my storage needs! They have affordable pricing and many different options for storage units! I especially liked Jennifer! She was so sweet and kind and she explained everything to me without hesitation and without confusion! She gets the job done!
