The place is Great with friendly staff and good customer service they helped manage my account and finding me what I need as I moved from a bigger space to a smaller space With no problem. They have a great prices and the Lakewood location is super secure ??

Anne was so nice and helpful! Cynthia is very knowledgeable and understanding! Joshua is always on the property checking on the well-being of everyone! Everyone here is welcoming and I feel absolutely comfortable when I come to this site and knowing that my belongings are safe.

The property manager Cynthia, is absolutely fantastic. She has gone above and beyond for me. If you are good and respectful to her.She will go above and beyond for you. That goes for the opposite too. If you dont get an absolute great experience then you must look in the mirror and understand what you donto cause that. Again Cynthia you are fantastic. Out of the five storage units that i've had before this by far is the best experience.
