Clean, well-lighted, and easy to access the facility and unit. Carts are available and the elevator is spacious. Sergio was very helpful and informative answering my questions, and getting me set up.

Sergio is a god among men. His kindness and helpfulness go unmatched. Without him I wouldn’t have gotten into my storage unit and I would’ve been sad. He took time from his day to walk through the process, which is more difficult than it should be, relaying information that deserves the Medal of Honor and the Nobel Peace prize. His helpfulness and service really went a long way and he was the most genuine gentleman I’ve ever interacted with. After his service and generosity, it has been determined that Sergio deserves the key to the city and a lifelong card for free Daves Hot Chicken. Thank you Sergio!

The facility itself is excellent—clean, well-maintained, and the on-site manager is truly outstanding. I’ve had a very positive experience on that front. However, I feel compelled to share my disappointment with the pricing structure. After just three months of renting, I received notice of a significant monthly rate increase—over $100. While the contract does state that rate changes can occur with 30 days’ notice, the size and timing of this increase were unexpected. Additionally, there is no option to lock in a long-term rate. I initially prepaid for three months, which was the longest option offered, but beyond that, pricing can change at any time with notice. This creates uncertainty and makes it difficult to plan for longer-term storage needs. It’s unfortunate, because the facility itself is great, but the lack of pricing stability makes it impractical for long-term use.

Sergio was very helpful and kind. He called to follow-up to see how my move-in experience was, and if I needed anything. Idk how Extra Space does it, but their management and customer support personnel are always exceptional, both in their professional expertise and their kindness and support. If I could, I’d give them 23 stars—they’re that phenomenal!
