Excellent electronic entry and same for my door. No keys, no locks, very clean and very helpful staff. I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage to anyone needing just that. And their price is very competitive with the others I checked with in Loveland. Five Star so Far. After 4 months they doubled my rent. Apparently the very small print says they can, but to me it’s a big deal. I immediately found another place for what I was paying before Extra Space doubled my rent. It’s not totally about the money it’s more about how this company does business. They have lost my business for ever. Obviously I would not recommend them to anyone. However Sergio was pleasant to work with but his hands are tied by corporate decisions.

I was nervous about using my phone to get through the gate and unlock the storage, but it all worked out fine. I’m not techy , but it wasn’t too bad at all. And the reps were very helpful and friendly.
