Unit was clean and ready to go within 30 minutes of making the booking online. Barrel lock was provided which made it easy to secure. Unit stayed surprisingly cool on 100 degree days despite not being temperature controlled. Couple of spiders set up shop in my unit over the 2 months I was there, but no water intrusion during the heavy rainstorms. Would recommend.
