Customer service was excellent she with knowledgeable she was helpful and extremely nice I would recommend the storage facility to anyone..Now its 2023 I am still renting my unit the price went up Customer service is no longer pleasant as they were when you 1st sign up the facility is dirty Granted they are some nasty customers but for the prices you charge I expect a lot better The bathrooms are either locked Or out of Service you are rarely able to use the bathroom but yet I'm paying over $250 monthly for Such poor services Extra storage space you need to treat your long term customers a lot better I hope someone in the corporate offices are reading these reviews
