Ashley, the store manager, is lovely! She was very knowledgeable on company policy and procedures. She took her time explaining all of my options with me. She was patient while I called my husband to discuss these options. My young daughter was with me who can be a handful!! Ashley had a tennis ball at the ready to entertain her! The facility itself was very clean, which is always important. Ashley even gave us a tour and made sure our entry codes were working. Overall this was a great experience, especially in a time where everyone is in such a rush and not always the kindest.

This has been the day from hell for my partner and I. We literally have been getting hit with No’s left and right. Ashley worked with my partner and I trying to help us find a unit to fit all of our belongings. She was patient, knowledgeable, and even gave us words of encouragement overall she was just all around pleasant to work with. I genuinely hope she is appreciated at this company there aren’t many workers like her in customer service. Even though I personally live in New Haven I would GLADLY come back here and do business here again as long as Ashley is still the manager here!
