Ashley M, the manager took care of us today. She is fantastic! Talking to her was like talking to a life long friend, which speaks a lot since I have very bad social anxiety. She made it very easy, gave us a look at the unit we picked before we paid. Explained everything to us, and made it very easy to understand!! If you've never rented a storage unit before like me, definitely go down and see Ashley!

William at customer service who set me up was awesome!! Ashley, the manager on site, was AMAZING! From top to bottom, she knows her stuff!!! She gave us a tour, got our unit ready for us, and made sure we had full access when the code wouldn’t activate- 10 minutes past closing time- got it working AND did it ALL with a smile! Multi-tasking at its finest! Couldn’t ask for better!!!
